Some indie heavy hitters are out with new LPs, including Vampire Weekend, Big Thief, The Chemical Brothers, and The National, and we have some great new tracks from upcoming albums by Yeasayer, Of Monsters And Men, Ra Ra Riot, and Silversun Pickups. Add in some singles by The Quivers, Passion Pit, Tame Impala, Roosevelt, and FKA twigs, and we have some quality early summer listening. And trying to keep up with live shows, I’ve seen Chvrches at The Greek and Dermot Kennedy both in Seattle and Oakland, but I’m hoping to get out to more venues this summer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
