Summer is officially over, and you can almost hear the difference in the music. Or to be more accurate, it probably has an influence on the music I want to listen to and add to my latest playlist. Some beautiful tracks from Jenny Hval, Sault, Jay Som, Lana Del Rey, and Bat For Lashes. And we have new music from Bombay Bicycle Club, Lower Dens, Diiv, Elbow, and !!!. And please checkout the absolutely gorgeous track from Benjamin Francis Leftwich that closes out this list.

I was fortunate enough to see Bon Iver (also featured in Dnak 113) live at the brand new Chase Center. The sound was perfectly dialed in for such a big new venue, and I’m excited to see more shows there. I posted a few clips on instagram:

Great show from Bon Iver and Sharon Van Etten at the new Chase Center. The acoustics were surprisingly dialed in, and both bands sounded incredible. Happy to have this venue in SF.
